Being 100w 10000lm at 1m it is plenty of light for small studio setups (3m x 2m, 3m x 3m). Paring up these units will give you access to video interviews, product reviews, kitchen lighting, youtube videos, or any form of photo/video work in a small setting. 1 x 100w light also makes a great fill light. You can fully adjust the brightness from 10% to 100%.
