Are your products covered by warranty?

Manufacturer Warranty: Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty. Warranty is applicable to all products sold by Fotogenic *. Excluded items are background muslin, ALL bulbs and travel bags.

* All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by this warranty. Examples of accessories and bonus gift include Bulbs, Carry Bag, Packaging damage and so on.

How is warranty carried out, what are the processes?

Is there Damage on Arrival (DOA) warranty?

Damage on Arrival (DOA) Warranty: This warranty only applies to goods which arrive broken or appear to be not in good working order on initial usage. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:

  • Buyers must check their item(s) and report and damages or faults to us by email within 7 days after receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
  • Buyers have the obligation to prove the status of the item(s) as required by the seller.
  • Damages due to misuse by user or during delivery will not be covered by this warranty.
  • All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by this warranty. Examples of accessories and bonus gift include Bulbs, Carry Bag, Travel bag, Packaging damage and so on.

Store warranty proceedures

If you have a problem with a product purchased in store please contact the store directly on 1300 88 33 32. We can arrange for your product to be replaced in store or delivered to you. We will still require you to contact us and send pictures of the damaged item. Please note all DOA items picked up from store we will give you 14 days to report that an item has been damaged. If it is pass 14 days buyer will be responsible for replacement and postage charges.

Exchanges and refunds.

1) Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted. But buyer is liable for all shipping cost associated with the exchange.

2) Refunds. We do not allow refunds. We will only grant a refund if the item has a manufacturing fault or is simply not working.
