This is a special BOOM light model, so the flash head is separate from the body of the flashlight, so you can use this light on lighter-duty stands. It works by letting you keep the flash head away from the main body giving more flexibility. 


The new PhotoDynamic TR Plus Angle lights are an industry first studio monoblock designed to give you creative freedom over the positioning of your lights. With angled heads, you can fine-tune the direction of each flash without the need for external brackets. With the light attached to a stand, you can then position the head in any direction to suit your setup. But it's not just about the angle, the units are a great studio monoblock with fast recycling times (0.09sec max), German made flash tubes, durable housings and consistent colour reproduction. They are simple to use so you can focus on the most important aspect of your studio, the photography, without equipment getting in the way. The TR Plus model adds an important feature with a built-in wireless receiver and remote. This allows you to adjust the flash power and fire the units wirelessly at the touch of a button. PhotoDynamic is designed and made in Korea. The TR-600W BOOM Head is a 600W Professional Studio flash purpose built as an overhead boom light unit. The head is separated from the body which minimizes the strain put on the boom arm, and allows for convenient and quick flash adjustment from the base of the stand.
