Here at Fotogenic we work closely with our supplier to provide the highest quality products at affordable prices. After every order we go through a review of the previous order and eliminate what was wrong with that order. Our items are being regularly updated to keep quality and updated with improvements after each order. Rest assured that we will not rest on quality!

Our items are packed in its own individual cartons/boxes to minimalise the risk of breakage during transport. Bulbs are packed in individual boxes with foam inserts so they are protected safely from bumps during transport.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged from transport or is faulty, we will fully replace that item with a new one and bear the cost of shipping for you.
